Landmark Group is one of the first few retailers in the Middle East to launch a retail Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programme. The CRM programme is called the “Centrepoint Privilege Club” and was launched as early as 1999. Today, Centrepoint Privilege Club is one of the biggest and most successful retail CRM programmes in the Middle East.

The Centrepoint Privilege Club has been designed with the basic objective of improving customer service and customer loyalty. The aim of our CRM team is to focus on building a profitable relationship with our customer’s that lasts a lifetime through excellence in customer service. Regular contact is maintained with our customers via SMS, newsletters & email. Special events and promotions are conducted on regular basis. Personalized mails are sent to individual Landmark Privilege Card members if there is drop in spending or any incidence that warrants a prompt customer service response.

Another initiative provided from the Landmark Group to its CPC members in the UAE is ‘Centrestage’, a 68 page bi-monthly magazine, published both in English and Arabic that aims to provide its readers with a great ‘value add’. The magazine caters to the lifestyle and well being of the customers, broadly covering issues including fashion trends in clothing, footwear, home furnishings and baby wear. This magazine is exclusively mailed to the high spending customers of the Privilege Club. Currently, the magazine is also available free of charge across all our stores to all our customers.
