Description The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of store operational procedures including customer service, staff planning, shrinkage, stock management, sales, administration and showroom standards. Be responsible for introducing bets practices in the industry for the store operations , as well as business development and new store openings. An experienced retail operator with minimum 8 years of experience with a sales and profit driven approach and a commercial mindset.
