Knowledge & Skills Base:

Work requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or discipline appropriate to the assigned commodities.

Work requires at least 3-5 years experience in a similar position, ideally involvement in food related stock holding policies and procedures .
- Stock Management / Warehouse Management.
- Knowledge of procurements & policies/procedures and replenishments.
- Damage control/Inventory Procedures/Back Room standards/Quality Control.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator.
- Strong financial awareness.
Job Outline
To manage all aspects of Central Warehouse management, using business awareness to optimize stock control to maximize sales. Planning and managing of tasks to minimize expenditure and maximize sales along with operating the Central warehouse on sufficient stock levels.
