• Work requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or discipline appropriate to the assigned commodities.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a comparable position/environment.
• Knowledge of procurements & policies/procedures.
• Strong background in procurement/contracting/scheduling/inventory management /quality control and stock control.
• Excellent communicator and negotiator.
• Strong financial awareness.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

To manage all aspects of purchasing of goods and the processing of requisitions within a Food/Retail environment.
