Knowledge & Skills Base:
- Work requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or discipline appropriate to the assigned commodities.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a comparable position/environment.
- Knowledge of procurements & policies/procedures.
- Strong background in procurement/contracting/scheduling/inventory management /quality control and stock control.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator.
- Strong financial awareness.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Job Outline
To manage all aspects of purchasing of goods and the processing of requisitions within a Food/Retail environment.
