• Work requires a customer service background .
• Minimum of 5 years experience as sales advisor/sales person in an upper market retail, or ideally food retail environment. Additional experience in a Food & Beverage environment is a plus.
• Excellent customer service/selling skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Awareness of up-selling techniques.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written is a must.
• Team player.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.

Job Outline

To provide excellent service to customers, being at all times helpful, positive and extremely knowledgeable about all products sold in the Gourmet Station stores. Drive sales by utilizing product knowledge and up-selling techniques. Ensure smooth cash/payment transactions for all customers.
