Title Baker
Description Knowledge & Skills Base:
  • Work requires completion of a culinary apprenticeship in the profession of a baker.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as Head Baker or Master Baker; either in a free standing bakery or a 4/5 star hotel environment.
  • Prepare and produce high quality bakery items.
  • Capability of operating all bakery/kitchen related equipment.
  • Knowledge of Food hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written is a must.
  • Team player.

Job Outline

To ensure a high quality range of breads, organic breads, rye breads, flavored breads, bagels, doughnuts, croissants, rolls, puff pastries and venoisserie is produced in the Gourmet Station bakery.
