• Work requires cognitive, communicative and analytical skills acquired through the completion of university degree.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in food retail settings to acquire knowledge of the complex aspects of store operations and supervision.
• Knowledge of Food hygiene required.
• Very good with people and able to manage efficiently a large team.
• Financially aware and very strong knowledge of Microsoft office for report purpose.
• Hands-on and self problem solver.

Job Outline

To assist the Store Manager in all aspects of retail sales in the individual store departments. To drive sales and profit contribution through effective cost control and resource planning. Assist in delivering all selling targets within the framework of the Business Plan.
