- Work requires cognitive ,communicative and analytical skills acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5/7 years experience in food retail settings to acquire knowledge of the complex aspects of store operations and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Food hygiene needed.
- Very good with people and able to manage efficiently a large team.
- Financially aware and very strong knowledge of Microsoft office for report purpose.
- Hands-on and self problem solver.
Job Outline
To manage all aspects of retail sales in the sales department. To drive sales and profit contribution through effective cost control and resource planning. Deliver all selling targets within the framework of the Business Plan.
