Description Eligibility:
  • Preferably an M B A.
  • Training Experience --- 6 - 8 Years of Experience of delivering Management & Leadership Development Programmes to Middle Management Level.
  • Experience in independently conducting Train the Trainer, Training Need Analysis, Training Need Identification, Content Development, Post-Measurement and build Trainer Effectiveness
Overview of the Job Description:
  • Reporting administratively, operationally and functionally to the Corporate Training Manager
  • This position is responsible for executing Training Need Analysis, Delivery of Training, Content Development, Post Measurement and building Trainer Effectiveness for the allotted Territory and Concept/s
  • Liasoning, coordinating and working closely with the Managers of the allotted Territory and Concept/s for Training Need Analysis, Training Need Identification, Content Development, Delivery of Training & Post Measurement and building Trainer Effectiveness for the allotted Territory and Concept/s
