Description	Eligibility: Qualified Accountant (CA, ICWA or CPA) preferable with 4-5 years of experience gained from companies of repute Exposed to commercially oriented finance function Ability to lead and develop team Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills Highly developed analytical skills Methodical, organized and aptitude to figures Excellent in accounting packages, spread sheets Overview of position: As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for smooth functioning of the Territory accounts, audit and finance areas including drawing budgets and supporting the stores with administration and staffing. This is a management position and will lead to performance driven growth within the Concept/Group. Key Accountabilities: Financial administration Accounts timely preparation and proper presentation Inventory management.(This is an important function and includes in its ambit the whole lot of associated functions) Legal and statutory compliance Budgetary controls Cost analysis and cost control Ensuring proper internal checks and controls in all areas Audit related matters Banking related matters
