Description Eligibility:
  • M B A/Graduate
Experience:
  • Training Experience --- Sales / Customer Services / Soft Skills, for a minimum of 4 - 7 Years
  • Experience of Managing Training for a minimum of 2-4 Years
  • Experience in independently conducting Train the Trainer, Training Need Analysis, Training Need Identification, Content Development, Post-Measurement and build Trainer Effectiveness
Overview of the position:
  • Reporting to the operationally to the Territory Head and functionally to the Corporate Training Manager, this position is responsible for managing all facets of Training & Development for the Territory -- Training Need Analysis, Delivery of Training, Content Development, Post Measurement and Trainer Effectiveness
  • Liasoning, coordinating and working closely with the Concept Managers / Retail Staff / Warehouse Managers / Warehouse Staff / Territory H R Manager / Other Territory Managers / Other Staff for Training Need Analysis, Training Need Identification, Content Development, Delivery of Training, Post Measurement and building Trainer Effectiveness of the Retail Trainers
