Title Asst Facilities Supervisor
Description Requirements:

1.    Education and Training:
  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2.    Experience:
  • 4 years in the relevant field
3.    Knowledge and Skills:
  • Overall knowledge of the Building Services Industry, including but not restricted to: PPM Systems and HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Store & inventory, Fire Detection and Prevention
  • Operation and maintenance of all low-voltage control systems
  • Computer literate, fluent in English. Able to read and understand drawing
4.    Responsibilities:
  • Liaison with landlords representative for HVAC and infrastructure issues
  • Implement the PPM of technical service in Liason with landlords rep.
  • Attend to breakdown maintenance service
  • Operations, fault rectification and repairs of all low-voltage equipment
  • Maintain appropriate records of all the assets
  • Attend to work requests. Maintain records of services carried out
  • Manage, monitor and record performance of specialist contractors
  • To monitor & liaise with housekeeping service provider and the housekeeping team
  • To supervise security staff and control mall security issues
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Evaluating services and making recommendations
  • To liaise with the Retail outlet managers for operational requirements
