Title BUSINESS ANALYST - RETAIL BUSINESS SYSTEMS (IT)
Description Key Responsibilities include:
  • Lead and Manage the Oracle Retail Implementation Project in coordination with the Business users, Implementation partner and Project team.
  • Evaluates and analyzes business requirements and ensures that Business Requirements are satisfactorily met and accepted by the end users.
  • Provides end user training and support.
  • Participates in the developments of Business processes, procedures and standards.
Person Specification:
  • Qualification: B.E / MBA / CA or equivalent professional degree.
  • Experience: Over 10 years.
  • Experience in implementation of ERP solution either as consultant, super user or key user.
  • Preferred: Functional knowledge and experience in Retail Industry with exposure to Retail Merchandizing system, Warehouse Management system, Stores Management system or Price Management system.
  • A good team leader with Project Management skills.
