Title TRAINING MANAGERS
Description The position is responsible for managing all facets of Training & Development. Training Need Analysis, Delivery of Training, Content Development, Post Measurement and Trainer Effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Training Needs Analysis to assess and identify the Training Needs of the Concept.
  • Designing of the Templates for Focus Groups.
Execute and manage the following:
  • Conducting Soft Skills / Sales Effectiveness / Customer Orientation Workshops / Supervisory Effectiveness Workshops.
  • Design Specific Training Workshops in line with the overall strategy and manage the delivery of these programmes, including ‘Train the Trainer’.
  • Conducting Train the Trainers.
  • Customize the collated content to meet:
    • Identified Business Needs.
    • Identified Gaps ( Competency / Skill / Knowledge / Attitude ).
    • Edit / Reformat the content based on time & place constraints, without compromising the desired results and quality of the output.
    • Design & Develop / Edit & Reformat / Customize the content, while taking into account the Delivery perspective.
    • Design & Develop / Edit & Reformat / Customize the content, to facilitate ease of comprehension & learning.

Collate, Analyze & Present the results of the Post-Measurement Exercise to measure Training Effectiveness.
Identify Training Needs on the basis of the Post-Measurement Exercise to measure Training Effectiveness.
Build & enhance Trainer Effectiveness.

Person Specification:
M B A:
Experience of Managing Training for a minimum of 2-3 Years.
Graduate:
Training Experience - Sales / Customer Services / Soft Skills, for a minimum of 5 - 7 Years.
Experience of Managing Training for a minimum of 3 - 4Years.
Knowledge of Organizational Behavior (OB) / Organizational Development (OD) Issues.
Expertise in Training and Content Development for Training.
Ability to execute & manage the design & development of Structured Content for Training Workshops:
  • Faculty Guide
  • Power Point Presentation
  • Participant Work Book
  • Case Studies, with de-brief
  • Role Plays, with de-brief
  • Games & Activities, with de-brief
